Sonia Bromberg

Sonia Bromberg, Esq. is an attorney at law in New York City. She graduated magna cum laude from Baruch College, CUNY in 1988 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Accounting.

Upon graduating, Ms. Bromberg worked as an auditor, initially with Deloitte & Touche in Boston, Massachusetts, and then with Coopers & Lybrand in Albany, New York.

Ms. Bromberg is a CPA, has been a member of the AICPA since 1992. In 1995, Ms. Bromberg received a Juris Doctor degree from University of Utah, College of Law, and in 1997 she received an LL.M degree in international legal studies from New York University, School of Law.

Ms. Bromberg is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Utah, and she is a member of the ABA. Ms. Bromberg specializes in general civil matters, including but not limited to, business and corporate transactions, and immigration.

Ms. Bromberg is fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew.
