Eugene Morozov

As the Director of Government Grants at Protax Services, Inc., Eugene oversees projects in Healthcare, Real Estate, Restaurants, and Hospitality, handling tasks such as preparing cost reports, coordinating COVID assistance programs, developing tax strategies, managing PPP, and aiding in tax preparation.

With prior roles including Vice-President at Deutsche Bank in New York, NY, Senior Financial Analyst at JPMorgan, and Auditor at Coopers and Lybrand, LLP, Eugene brings extensive experience to the table. He also served as CEO of retail bank M+ and held positions at International Industrial Bank in Moscow, Russia, and Renaissance Capital Investment Bank in London, UK.

Eugene holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (1992) and a Bachelor of Science in International Economic Relations from Moscow State University (1990).
