This is can be a lengthy process. We provide the following support:
– Assistance in locating and choosing the most appropriate law firm and negotiating the most favorable terms and fee arrangement.
– Advising the client as to his or her qualifications as an EB-5 Investor and responding to ongoing inquiries regarding the EB -5 process.
– Assisting the law firm in obtaining, reviewing, analyzing and presenting information and documentation regarding the source of investment funds and presenting this information to the
regional center.
– Assisting the law firm in processing the client’s I-526 Petition.
– Obtaining a two year conditional Green Card and then a Permanent Green Card.
